In honour of the late Bruce Lee, after break, we practiced some punching & kicking combinations while moving, and stationary, exclusively. Everybody moving on the spot, with their hands up, while waiting their turn. (We also had a guest, named Helen, not seen in the photos) November 27, 2014 at the Palace.
